Agenda IT is interested in integrated Voice and Data systems – specifically in your Voice and Data systems – as well as LAN, WAN and Managed Services. These are supposed to be Unified Communication systems, but sometimes they don’t seem very unified at all.
Agenda IT’s job is to look at these systems and all the technical and logistic reasons why sometimes they just don’t want to play nicely together.
Components of LAN, WAN and voice/telephony systems are often installed separately, and often by different companies; they are frequently incompatible, or not compatible enough (or occasionally they just sulk for no reason). Agenda IT will cure that, either persuading the systems to talk to each other or by installing a new one – whichever is the most cost effective long-term solution for your business.
